I found a pair of these St Barbe match strikers in Paris, probably from the same bar! They are larger sized and good heavy ironstone porcelain, a sign of age and quality.
 
Both have wear from use, one has slightly more of the gold highlights rubbed, but both are in good condition as expected for their age, desirable signs of age and use are present in the striking ridges.
 
They measure 4" tall
