Perhaps the perfect size antique copper pot with handles, hand made in France artisanly, with a fair number of small dents and signs of wear and use over many years.
 
It has a deep shine and patination. On the base, its previous owner has stuck pads to allow it to be placed on a polished surface. It does indeed make a lovely cache pot for plants.
