An unusual version of this beautiful monochromatic ironstone mustard pot as it is made by Creil et Montereau.
 
The stamp on the base dates it from 1884, it also doesn not have the gold medal prizes printed on which were earned later at the Paris Great Exhibitions of the later 19th century
 
It is in overall good condition for its age, no chips or cracks, with some staining on the base, slight marks of age and some  original printing smudges from manufacture 
 
It stands 4.75" tall
