A flock of French blue birds fly around this beautiful large salad bowl, soaring over a country church, peeked from a distance, across a riverwith foliage in the foreground. 
 
Around the outside are more birds, swooping over cottages and barns. On the base is the Gien stamp dating from 1875, the same stamp as the child's milk pail in the last picture.
 
It shows some of its 150 years life and history with some minor nibbles around the underside of the rim and  one small hairline from the rim, pictured. 
 
It measures 10.5" in diameter and 4.25" tall.
