I adore this very smart gold on cream design of the French kitchen essential, épicerie pots. These would have set the decor tone for a kitchen. These were imported to be sold in France from Czechoslovakia which probably dates them from 1918 to the 1930s. 
 
The set consists of three canisters and their lids; Farine, Café and Thé. They have been well used and have signs of their age, mainly the gold rubbing in places, particularly the strip on the front of the lids. 
 
There are no cracks and only one small chip on the underside of the lid at the back on the tea canister.
