Antique ornate ormolu and thick bevelled glass trinket box bought over 100 years ago as a souvenir of a visit to Paris. 
 
It is well used and loved, the silk cushion is worn and a little faded as is the underside and the gold finish on the inside of the lid, but I love it all the more for that!
 
Depicting the Sacre Coeur in Montmartre, the colours are bright and there are pearlescenthighlights applied to give it that extra special sparkle!
 
It measures 3" by 2" by 2.5" high
