A delightful pair of pink brûlot coffee cups and matching saucers from a Parisian cafe of the 19th century, brûlots are now collectible as well as being the perfect vessel for your French style coffee.

Made of heavyweight porcelain, once perfect for lingering over a slow coffee on a Parisian terrace, they were traditionally pre-warmed and they do keep your coffee warm for longer, and add a feeling  of nostalgia, recreating for a while a dream of Paris of a long past era.

The base is thick and has a deep dimple, traditionally the cup was turned upside down for a shot of eau de vie to be poured in once the coffee had been drunk.

This pair are useable for coffee and sold together as it is unusual to find a matching pair and with their saucers.

The cups are 3" tall and the saucers just under 5" diameter.
