A wonderfully rich warm ochre glazed terracotta traditional confit pot.
 
Traditionally hand thrown, it is glazed on the inside and half glazed on the outside.It has a sweet little handle. The glaze is artisanly and charmingly irregular with splodges of darker colour.
 
There are signs of use and marks on the unglazed terracotta andmn around the rim, but no chips or cracks, it works partiularly well as an outer pot for a plant.
 
It is 7" across, plus the handle and 4.5" tall
